Denver Home
Denver, Colorado
- Here's a home that brings a whole new meaning to altitude adjustment. Nestled high at the top of a mountain near Pike's Peak, this heavenly house was designed as a summer retreat, then grew to be the owner's full time residence. We understand completely.
- Of course, the living experience attains the highest peak of enjoyment with a AMX control system. Designed and integrated by Electronic Home Technologies of Golden, Colorado, this unique system combines the power of AMX Symphony whole-house (and outdoor) music distribution with AMX Axcess automation and interactive AMX color touch panels. It's also a very connected home, wired throughout for high-speed networking, teleconferencing, and digital PBX telephone (all 64 extensions).
- In the retreat's home theater, the family uses a 10.4-inch Color PowerTilt panel to easily access music, play movies from VHS and multi-disc DVD players, and view video from security cameras. One touch is all it takes to dim the lights, shut the windows, and close the room-darkening shades, and watch the show on the 50-inch plasma video display.
- Pick up a wireless ViewPoint touch panel in the master bedroom and you can take control of the room's media theater, call up tracks from the Symphony music system, and activate whole-house presets for lights and shades. Not to mention touching an icon or two to light up special requests on the 10.4" touch panel in the servant's quarters.
- What can we say? If you're going to live the high life, you might as well take it easy with AMX control systems.
