Each property unit comes complete with an AMX Modero Touch Panel, where residents select, request and schedule any number of servies – concierge, activity scheduling, maintenance requests and local information access.

How it Works

An AMX NetLinx Integrated Controller processes each selection and transfers the request to the AMX Amenities Server, which distributes them to various service centers. A Centralized Server manages workflow and data, and can support a virtually unlimited number of buildings and units.

Thinking Outside the Box

Away from home, residents are also able to use a Web portal to tie into all the features of their home touch panel. The result is an automated environment, which ultimately allows the resident the time and freedom to enjoy the finer things in life.
